I quit making New Year’s Resolutions long ago, and you should too.
Why? Because you’re going to fail at them, and then you’ll hate yourself and ultimately develop worse habits, like referencing Golden Girls episodes or drunk karaoke singing “Man! I Feel Like a Woman” in front of a less-than-gay-friendly redneck audience…but I digress.
Resolutions put too much pressure on us, and this “all or nothing” mentality is not a healthy way to look at self-improvement.
